The front of the building is covered in scaffolding. A new roof is going on, new windows are already in on the upper floors, but there’s a lot of work to be done.
The place will become -
Evantualy in the courtyard, will be two retails outlets, a modern digital image studio and a furniture restoration shop.
The ground floor which will become the shop / coffee rooms. Two original fireplaces are to be returned in here when tthe work progresses further.

The courtyard to the rear which will be where you can sit and enjoy a coffee and browse the old furniture or get your photo’s printed while you wait.
The old bar area which will become the shop.
New floor joists are required in some places, well the old ones have lasted a long time but its time for them to be replaced.
